This is a triple star system. The brightest two components are very close to each other. It will take 305x with an 8" scope to split them. Both appear white, with one star being a little fainter. The third star will be much dimmer, and is easily separated at low magnification. It will appear blue-white and is at about a 130 angle to the brighter two components. |
