This double is fairly insignificant. Both stars are about the same magnitude, and appear white. One of the stars may have a touch of bluish tint. The pair is easily spotted, due to its location in a fairly sparse part of the sky. Even at 49x in an 8 inch scope, the pair is wide and easily split.
